Now This
I worked on the marketing and communications side of specialty food and restaurants for a decade. I’m not gonna lie: I had some pretty amazing gigs with the most genuine, kind, and talented people you’ll ever meet. From bean-to-bar chocolate, craft coffee, chef-driven meal kits, and farm-to-table restaurants, inclusivity and hospitality reigned supreme.
My favorite part–yes, even more than the regular tastings and free-flowing vino regularly offered during office hours–was the larger community inherently built around shared food experiences. I loved witnessing the delightful connection of giving and receiving really delicious chocolate, the ritual of sitting down with a dear friend for a quick coffee date, the intimacy of cooking a new dish together, and the communal adventure of sharing an extraordinary restaurant meal. Food brings people together.
I helped bring people together. I love that!
Now, I’m on a mission to bring people together and build community in a different space–this space.

Mark “The Hubs” Sieglock
Enneagram 7. Incredible dad, A+ French omelette maker. Tech worker by day, amateur wine and whiskey taster by night. Passionate about business, sports, romance reality shows, and his family. California, born and raised.
Teddy
Standing at 3 feet 1 inch, this energetic toddler is equal parts ball o’ joy and stubborn, “self-sufficient” miniature Mark. His favorite hobbies include: plopping on pop, dunking basketballs like Michael Jordan, honking horns, building Duplos towers, and throwing his dinner on the ground when finished.
Elle
Coming Early Spring 2021.
This little one currently enjoys kicking, punching, rolling, sleeping, and growing. Initial ultrasounds suggest that, while perfectly healthy and already pretty damn cute, she’s likely inherited the Sieglock nose and Miersma chin...sorry, kid.
Fletch
This crafty canine unquestionably takes after her namesake, J.B. Fletcher, Angela Lansbury’s star character in the late 80’s-to-early-90’s hit mystery show “Murder, She Wrote.” Smart, feisty, fiercely loyal, energetic, and seriously mischievous, she expertly navigates any social situation with charm, relying heavily on her loving nature, extroverted personality, and astounding cuteness.
